Silkpea provides a structured platform for presenting handcrafted textile products, material-based design collections, and related documentation. The platform organizes product categories, fabrication methods, and material specifications into defined sections. Access to documentation related to textile production and design processes is provided as part of the service.
All services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Silkpea does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Users must not:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
All content, design, text, graphics, and software on the Silkpea platform are owned by Silkpea or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit permission.
User-generated content, if any, remains the property of the user. By submitting content, users grant Silkpea a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content within the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silkpea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of services.
Silkpea's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Silkpea reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.
Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under these terms cease immediately.
Silkpea may revise these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
